The BriAnne and Jon Wadley Family began when we were married in the Mt. Timpanogos temple in February 2002. It’s hard for us to believe that we’ve already been married for almost 8 years! We have two sweet kids, Katelyn (born Aug 2004) and Ethan (born Feb 2007). We currently reside in the peaceful and pleasant city of Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Jon works for a startup internet marketing company in American Fork. He dove into the world of Data Base Administration and hasn’t come up for air yet. He loves what he does! He serves as the ward clerk – and also loves that. (Good thing, ’cause I hear once you’re in, you’re in for life!)
I (BriAnne) am a stay at home mom, and definitely busier than Jon most days (and Jon is a busy guy!). Being a mom is something I’ve wanted my whole life – planned for and dreamed of, and here I am – couldn’t be happier! I serve as a sunday school teacher to the 15 and 16 year olds in our ward – and they are super awesome!
Katelyn is starting Kindergarten this year and is so excited! She loves to dance, do gymnastics, play with her friends and swim. She loves everyone, especially her Grandmas, Grandpas and cousins and wants to be with them all the time. She changes her name constantly, she’s been Deborah, Katie, Katielyn, (and many more that I can’t remember) and recently Carla. (Ever read Stargirl?)
Little Ethan has just entered the world of no diapers, and is great at it. He loves to go to church and nursery, play any kind of ball, and loves his cars, tractors, planes and trains. Before he came I was worried about having a boy, but it has been an incredibly fun adventure to have an all-boy, boy after super-girly Katelyn!
