So, I’m sitting there at dinner, minding mine and Ethan’s own business when Katelyn jumps out of her chair and runs into her bedroom and returns with something in her hand. Wow, what in the world could it be? She says “dad, there’s a boy in my class that gave me this today.” Is it a toy? No. Is it candy? Not hardly. Is it a picture of a horse that he drew? Heck no. It was this:

That’s right, some snot nosed kid gave my daughter his “digits”. Actually, I assume that it’s his mom’s number, but still. Katelyn then proceeded to tell me that he told her he’s ”busy” today, but that she can call him tomorrow. Busy? Doing what, taking a nap followed by some quality playground time? Geez, at least wait until she’s in 1st grade!
Since the second number is an upside down triangle, I’m going to go ahead and let this one slide.

I FEEL YOUR PAIN! Sienna has boys calling all the time and sending her notes of ‘friendship’. SHEESH. Back in the day this just didn’t happen…at least not to me!

I was laughing so hard Katie came over to ask what was wrong. I just said, “Something Aunt BriAnne wrote.” I wasn’t about to tell her her cousin is getting hit on already. Didn’t want to give her any ideas.
