I’d also like to say a few words about our anniversary that was on the 15th. These last seven years have been wonderful. Each day I find new things I love about you. When we met 7 1/2 years ago, I felt this overwhelming feeling of comfort. I was more comfortable around you – this handsome, young, righteous, return missionary blind date, than I ever had been before with anyone. I was filled with so much love everytime we were together after that first date – and I knew I wanted to feel like that forever. Thank you for asking me to marry you, thank you for choosing me to spend eternity with. I love you!

Wow, it’s been about a month since the last post…well, we’ve been a little busy. You see, we finally decided that we’ve had it up to here with having 4 people in a 2 bed, 1 bath 800 sq/ft condo. Don’t get me wrong…we really do love the place, the ward, our friends, really everything about Orchard Creek except the 800 sq/ft part, and even then that hasn’t been too big of an issue until lately. Now that Katelyn and Ethan are getting bigger, they just can’t do their own various activities without running into each other, which leads to ‘bugging’, which leads to Ethan doing something mean to Katelyn which leads to timeouts and a higher stress level for mom and dad (mostly mom since she’s at home all day with them!)
So, we finally put our place up for sale about a month ago. We’ve had many people come to see it, seems we usually end up in people’s top 2 or 3 choices, and had an offer made. The conundrum part comes in with the crappy economy…seems it’s virtually impossible to get funding for cond0s because of the current ‘tightness’ of lending…which will last for who knows how long. Anyway, we’re sure that things will work out for the best and we’re not worried or in a desperate situation or anything (well, save the whole space thing), so we’ll see what happens. It’s just so ironic that we’ve got a great place that we’ve loved living in and had people interested in buying it…but due to some outside force beyond our control, selling it seems a lot more challenging than it should be!
