Whew! What a week! I had the immense pleasure this week of watching my two nieces, Kira and Drea, a few hours each day – and I tell you what, it was a blast! It helped that they are girls and happen to love everything I love – my kids, their mom and dad, dress up, doing nails, pink & purple, doing hair – “princess up-do’s”, dancing to Enya, going to the park, swimming, etc… We played all week, and had so much fun! Ethan loved being surrounded by happy playful girls, but was obviously relieved when Daddy came home each night! And all of us were definitely ready for bed when the time came! And now it’s Friday night and I’m feeling super tired, but sad that the week is over much too fast!

That sounds like so much fun! I love having other people’s kids at my house. That probably sounds strange, but I do. And I have to admit, at least two or three times a week, as I’m taking my morning walks with H~ I think, “I should call, or stop by and ask if Katelyn wants to play.” So, having said that, any time you want to have a break, or Katelyn wants to come over, give us a ring.
